Complaints
As a consumer, you have the option of making a claim against the title
non-compliance of the product with the contract.
How to submit a complaint for non-compliance of the product with the contract?
In the event of non-compliance of the product with the concluded contract, as a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint based on the provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014.
The form of submitting a complaint is optional, but it is worth doing it in writing.
To improve the complaint procedure, the Seller provides:

If you send the product back to the Seller as part of the complaint, protect it properly against damage during transport. Include a copy of the complaint and proof of purchase in the package.
