Withdrawal from the contract (Return)
Pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Act on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the Consumer
or Entrepreneur with consumer rights, concluding a "distance contract" - has the right
withdraw from the contract without giving a reason - within 14 calendar days from the date of taking possession of the Product.
How to return a purchased product?
To return the purchased product and receive a refund of the amount paid, inform the Seller about your decision by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract. You have 14 calendar days to do so from the date of receipt of the shipment.
How to inform the Seller about the return?
The form of submitting the statement can be any, but it is best to do it in writing. Below are two examples of ways to inform the Seller about the return:
- You can send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's e-mail address: sklep@megapix.com.pl. The seller will confirm receipt of your statement. From that moment, you have 14 calendar days to return the Product to which the declaration of withdrawal from the contract applies.
- You can send the declaration of withdrawal from the contract together with the Product and proof of purchase to the Seller's address: Fimoart Iwona Bębenek, ul. Długa 8, 32-050 Borek Szlachecki.

The returned Products should be properly protected against damage during transport.
Insert a copy of the statement of withdrawal from the contract and proof of purchase into the package.
You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

You make the return at your own expense.
According to Art. 38 section 1 of the Act on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the consumer in relation to contracts:
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs,
- provision of services for which the Consumer is obliged to pay the price, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the performance of the service by the entrepreneur he would lose the right to withdraw from the contract, and acknowledged this,
- in which the subject of the service are Products which, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things after delivery,
- in which the subject of the service is a Product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery.
Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications are all products in the https://megapix.com.pl store, for which the consumer specifies when placing the order:
1.1 pattern,
1.2 size,
1.3 finish,
1.4 material.
